Tony Ferguson has restraining order terminated

Tony Ferguson has had a troubling last few months after seemingly having psychological issues that culminated into a restraining order from his wife. However, his health continues to improve and the temporary restraining order has been lifted recently. Tony's wife, Cristina, filed the temporary restraining order against him on the 13th of March and a hearing was scheduled for the 5th of April. The hearing did not take place, per the request of Cristina's attorney.
The police had a total of 5 contacts with the Ferguson family between January and March 13. The alleged episodes of Tony Ferguson included:
Damage to property.
Looking for tracking devices
Believing his wife is a witch
Believing his Son to be the ''Second Jesus Christ''
Cristina issues her support to Tony immediately after the news broke, citing the order as a bid to force the ex-champ to seek medical care. Ferguson was said to have not attended previously scheduled appointments leading to the action that was taken in precaution.
Tony Ferguson has since passed a medical evaluation and stated that he is ready for his return to the octagon. It seems as though the UFC dispute this notion after Dana White said he will be waiting for UFC doctors to give the all clear. Self branded ''El Cucuy'' was set to unify his interim Lightweight belt against Khabib Nurmagomedov, but refused the fight. Dustin Poirier won the interim LW belt at UFC 236 against Max Holloway, stripping former belt holder Ferguson. Although fans look forward to a Tony Ferguson v Khabib Nurmagomedov matchup, this is not on the horizon as Poirier v Khabib is set for September of this year.
Tony has not fought since his last victory via TKO in the second round over Anthony Pettis at UFC 229, last October. This solidified his 11 fight unbeaten streak in the UFC to date.
